Session #4- The Subtle Seat – Hip Openers, Forward Bends and Meditation

Immense amounts of energy live within our hips and spine. By unlocking and moving these forces, we can increase our vitality and experience more moments of clarity. Moving from standing poses towards the floor in this class, we will explore long deep holds in hip openers and forward bends, the integration of the Bandhas, and introduction of Mudras.
This class will conclude with pranayama and meditation practices.
